What we collect, why, and on what basis
The contact form collects your name, email address, organisation, job title and message. We use them only to respond to your enquiry, and we send you an automatic confirmation at the address you give. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the privacy policy box, which you can withdraw at any time. Without these details we cannot answer you.
The website also counts visits and limits repeated form submissions to prevent abuse. This uses your IP address only briefly and does not identify you. The basis is our legitimate interest in running and protecting the website.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Who receives it
Emails are delivered by Scaleway (France) and the website is hosted in the European Union. They process data only on our behalf. The video is hosted by YouTube and loads only when you press play: YouTube (Google) then acts under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Your message is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted. The website itself does not store it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to the contact above. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
